Chocolate Peanut Butter Kodiak Waffles

Start your morning right with a combination of sweet chocolatey peanut buttery goodness!

With just a few simple ingredients and less than 10 minutes, you have 4 deliciously filling waffles to fuel your body before conquering your day!


Serving Size - 4 Mini Omelette Waffles

Macros per serving - 612 Calories, 58.4g Carbs, 13.9g Fat, 65.5g Protein

 

Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup (26g) of Kodiak Cakes Dark Chocolate Flapjack & Waffle Mix*

  • 0.25 cup (26g) of Kodiak Cakes Peanutbutter Flapjack & Waffle Mix*

  • 1 scoop of Chocolate Peanutbutter Protein Powder

  • 1 serving (32g) of Special K Protein Cereal

  • 0.25 cup (60mL) of Silk Protein Nutmilk Almond Cashew

  • 3 tbsp (46g) of Liquid Egg Whites

  • 1 Egg

  • Coconut Oil Non-Stick Spray

  • *Topping - 2 tbsp (12g) of PB2

  • *Topping - Sugar Free Syrup


 Utensils

  • Waffle Maker*

  • 1 large Bowl

  • 1 small Bowl

  • Measuring Cup


Directions

  1. Plug in the Waffle Maker and preheat.

  2. Grab a large bowl and add in 0.5 cup of Dark Chocolate and 0.5 cup of Peanutbutter Kodiak Cake Waffle Mix. Add in one scoop of Chocolate Peanutbutter Protein powder of your choice.

  3. Crush 32g of Special K cereal until powder like consistency and add it to your dry ingredients.

  4. Grab a small bowl and mix in 1 whole egg, 6 tbsp (92g) of egg whites, and 0.25 cup (60mL) of Silk Protein Nutmilk Almond Cashew

  5. Mix wet ingredients in small bowl and add it to your dry ingredients in the large bowl. Mix thoroughly until smooth consistency.

  6. Spray the waffle maker with nonstick spray and pour the mixture evenly.

  7. Cook until outer shell is brown.

  8. Top waffles with PB2 and enjoy!
