How Gamers Can Quickly Progress Their COMBAT Strength & Technique 💪

Here we have one of our Certified Warriors, JACK performing Barbell Dead Stop Squats from Pins with 135 Ibs which is his bodyweight.


In less than a month he went from never doing resistance training before to performing Barbell Squats with prestine form and technique!


But how exactly was he able to level up his Strength so fast?!


We started by first creating a progressive COMBAT program based on a functional movement analysis where we determine his movement quality of the 6 Foundational Movement Patterns: Squat, Hinge, Lunge, Push, Pull & Carry.


What we discovered was that he naturally had great mind & muscle connection and breathing/bracing mechanics while performing the Squat!


We started with a Bodyweight Squat, moved straight to a Goblet Squat, progressed to a Barbell Box Squat, was challenged with the Barbell Front Squat, then next thing you know he was Barbell Back Squatting.


Along the way we incorporated techniques like the one in this video to isolate the eccentric lowering action and the concentric lifting action to focus on full body tension, bracing, and control during both portions of the Squat.


The result is a MASSIVE increase in Strength & Technique across not just his Squat, but all of the 6 Foundational Movment Patterns.


When you combine strategic progressive programming and individualize it based on how well you perform, you can see massive changes in your performance very quickly.
