Barbarian Muscle Building Program Results


Before Infitnite designed my hypertrophy program I only trained in the style of a bodybuilder. By doing so I never prioritized the importance of strength in the fundamental lifts (squat, deadlift, bench, barbell overhead press.) I knew better but I just did those exercises for a PUMP. Nothing more.

Infitnite’s training program WILL pinpoint your weaknesses not just as a bodybuilder in my case but as an athlete in general. It’s a very comprehensive training split that covers proper warm-up, mobility, muscle activation, and recovery. Every single training phase is thought out with precision and intelligence.

My standing barbell overhead press went from a sad 95 pounds for 5 reps 👎🏾 to 115 for sets of 10 EASY reps. CONVENTIONAL Deadlifts went from a pitiful 185 for 2 reps 😢 to sets of 265 for 6 reps EASY. The numbers go on and on! In just a matter of 4 months. My body increased in aesthetics to a ridiculous NEXT level.

The warm-ups actually increased my mind to muscle connection to a different stratosphere. Which is paramount in bodybuilding!! People had their doubts about what we were doing but now they’re shocked with how I’m looking in person 😱

Now that the strength/hypertrophy phases are complete the transition to more muscle building and fat loss are going to be astonishing...because science. 🤓 Who said you can’t build muscle during a FULL BODY SPLIT?
